TELEVISION programme financing was the subject of a forum organised by Cameron Markby Hewitt at its City offices this week. At the meeting, organised in association with the Producers' Alliance for Cinema and Television, chief executives of independent production companies discussed financing techniques with bankers and venture capitalists.
