One of the largest law firms in Wales, Morgan Bruce, is to merge with the London practice Binks Stern. The new firm will have 49 partners, with Morgan Bruce's chairman, John Bowen, continuing in that role and Binks Stern's senior partner, Graham Barber, becoming vice-chairman.
