Life of 'misdiagnosis'

A woman diagnosed as having cystic fibrosis, a hereditary disease, at the age of two is to sue Ayshire and Arran Health Board for psychological damage and limitations on her lifestyle. Angela Scott, 27, of Strathclyde, who had made 400 hospital visits and been warned not to have children, learnt in January the diagnosis was 'unlikely'.
