Magazine backs positive discrimination

Women should campaign for positive discrimination at work to challenge male-dominated employment systems, a report in Cosmopolitan magazine urged yesterday. It also published a 10-point action plan to help women confront bosses and insist on special training measures to lift them up the career ladder. Its action plan advises women to ask for an 'equality audit' at work.
