The Child Support Agency has ordered an unemployed man who receives pounds 44 a week benefit to pay pounds 105 a week maintenance to the mother of his two children. He had orignally been ordered to pay a nominal 10p a year. The ruling took into account the fact that his new wife was in full-time work.
