COLIN IRELAND, 39, appeared at Horseferry Road magistrates' court, London, yesterday, accused of murdering Emanuel Spiteri, 41, a Maltese chef found strangled at his flat in Catford, south-east London, last month.

Ireland has already been charged with the murder of Andrew Collier, 33. He was remanded in custody until 19 August.
