Roderick Newall, who was arrested at sea in August, gave up his fight against extradition from Gibraltar. He is charged with the murder of his parents.

Mr Newall, 28, will stay in jail in Gibraltar for 15 days but is not expected to challenge extradition to Jersey, where his brother Mark, 26, is in custody accused of the murders. Nicholas Newall, 56, and his wife Elizabeth, 48, were last seen six years ago.
