A MAN was being questioned by police in south-east London yesterday after being arrested in connection with the murder last November of a mother and her four-year-old daughter.

Samantha Bissett, 27, was stabbed more than 60 times in a ritual mutilation, and her daughter Jazmine was sexually assaulted and smothered in bed at their home in Plumstead, south London.

Police believe she may have met her killer through one of the 'lonely hearts' advertisements she placed.
