Detectives investigating the murder of Donald Urquhart, a millionaire businessman shot dead in front of his girlfriend in a London street, were questioning a man last night. The man, who is in his 30s, was arrested in south London and taken to Paddington Green police station.

Mr Urquhart, 55, a property developer, was shot in Marylebone High Street near his home on 2 January. Police believe the gunman was a contract killer.
