A 16-year-old boy organised and led a five-strong armed gang in a torture raid on a frail businessman's home, Inner London Crown Court was told.
Andrew Rushden, of Walworth, south London, hit the man on the chin with an ornamental shotgun, the court was told. He was kicked downstairs and then dragged by the hair to the safe. The gang took jewellery and cash. Rushden denies aggravated burglary and assault. The trial continues.
