May merger

The law firm Nabarro Nathanson is close to merging with the troubled Turner Kenneth Brown, reports the Lawyer magazine. The deal, due to take effect on 1 May, follows the collapse last year of merger talks between TKB and other firms, including Macfarlanes and Alsop Wilkinson.
