No further disciplinary action will be taken in connection with the sinking of a Scottish trawler by the Royal Navy submarine HMS Trenchant, it was announced yesterday by Archie Hamilton, Minister of State for the Armed Forces.

The four-man crew of the Antares died when HMS Trenchant snagged her fishing gear. A trainee commander was found guilty of negligence.
