Missing skier found alive

A Church of Scotland minister who went missing while skiing in the Glenco area of the Scottish Highlands was found alive by a mountain rescue team.

The Rev Robert Anderson, 36, of Doune, Perthshire, survived the night by digging a snowhole and marking its position with crossed skis, jammed upright in the snow, enabling rescuers to find him. He was taken to hospital suffering from hypothermia.
