A WOMAN stabbed to death the man she believed had sexually assaulted her four-year-old daughter, a court was told yesterday.
Leeds Crown Court was told that she kept a diary of hate detailing how she wanted to kill John Lockwood, 65. And she allegedly told the man's wife: 'As God is my witness . . . I will kill him. I will kill him slowly and painfully.'
The 40-year-old woman, who cannot be named for legal reasons, denies murdering Mr Lockwood at his home in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, last May.
Her 20-year-old daughter - sister of the alleged victim of the alleged sexual assault - denies perverting the course of justice.
The case continues today.
