Two Tory MPs, David Atkinson and Sir Fergus Montgomery, and a Labour MP, Robert Parry, accepted undisclosed libel damages over a London Evening Standard article listing them among the 'Dozy Dozen' politicians who, it said, had 'failed to shine' in Parliament.
