A 67-YEAR-OLD pensioner, Edward Albert Martin, of Burgess Hill, West Sussex, was remanded in custody for a week at Mid Sussex magistrates' court charged with murdering Warwick Batchelor, 80, at his home in Hassocks, West Sussex.
