A MAN will appear in court in Stranraer tomorrow charged with murdering German tourist Thomas Boedeker and wounding Renate Boedeker. A spokesman at Glasgow's Western Infirmary said her condition was 'critical.' The couple's daughter Julia, 20, is seriously ill at Dumfries hospital.
