Two students from Oxford have been charged with murdering Mohamed el-Sayed, 44, stabbed to death in west London last month. Jamie Petrolini, 19, of Hinksley Hill, Botley, and Richard Elsey, 18, of Somertown, are due to appear before Marylebone magistrates' court today.
