Murder trial restarts

The trial of a 17-year-old accused of murdering Carl Kennedy, aged three, at Willenhall, Coventry, last May restarted at Birmingham Crown Court after a new jury had been sworn in. The trial was halted on Tuesday after a juror fell asleep.
