A dog and its master waiting in line during a contest to find Britain's scruffiest mongrel at the 'Scruffts' show in Chobham, Surrey, yesterday. It was won by Tramp, a two-year-old who was rescued from a rubbish tip by Philip Chance, of Redworth, Co Durham.
