Ice cream canapes on display at the Cafe Royal in Regent Street, London. They were produced to promote National Ice Cream Week, which starts tomorrow and has been organised by the Ice Cream Alliance. Unusual flavours created for the event included garlic and honey, avocado and smoked salmon.
