Enraged by abuse from opponents at a football match in Dulwich, south-east London, last December, Owen Marriott drove home and picked up a machete and a loaded gun, an Old Bailey judge heard. But he was seen and the police were called. Marriott, 31, admitted possessing a firearm without a certificate and having an offensive weapon. He said his problem was, 'I don't argue'. Sentence was adjourned.
