Two unexploded Second World War bombs were found inches below the surface of a cricket pitch in Bourne, Lincolnshire. The groundsman, Clive Brown, said: 'There have been rollers and mowers going over the bombs for the past 40 or 50 years. I think we have been amazingly lucky.'
