NUCLEAR Electric is to be prosecuted under health and safety laws after a discharge at the Wylfa power station on Anglesey, north Wales, in July last year, it was disclosed. It was fined pounds 34,000 over the same incident after admitting offences brought by the Inspectorate of Pollution.
