A male nurse who worked at Rampton top security hospital in Nottinghamshire has been charged with the manslaughter of a patient. Terence Ashwell, 51, of Ranskill, is accused of killing Brian Marsh on 31 May, 1992. He was released on bail and is due to appear before magistrates on 11 February.
