A probation officer, Pamela Luck, will appear before magistrates in Sittingbourne, Kent, today, charged with harbouring and aiding and abetting the escape of Michael Fenlon, an inmate of Swaleside prison on the Isle of Sheppey, who did not return from home leave in May. He has been recaptured.
