A Royal Navy officer who stole from colleagues at a shore base while suffering psychological problems, was dismissed from the service. Surgeon Lt James MacKay, 28, was also given a six-month suspended jail sentence by a court martial at HMS Drake in Plymouth, after admitting theft, criminal damage and deception charges.
