Peter Hines, 67, an orchid grower of Elburton, Plymouth, who was claiming damages at the High Court from Calor Gas Ltd, of Datchet, Berkshire, over claims that blooms worth pounds 93,980 were lost when the gas supply failed in freezing weather, settled on undisclosed terms.
