JAMES Malcolm, 24, and his brother John, 21, Canadian tourists who 'kidnapped' Paddington Bear from a glass cabinet at Paddington station, London, as a drunken prank on Friday night, were given conditional discharges and each ordered to pay pounds 113.34 compensation and pounds 40 costs at Marylebone magistrates' court.
