The parents of a nine-year-old West Sussex boy, badly injured when his father accidentally ran him over with a lawn-mower when he was four, won their claim at the High Court to keep him at a private boarding school. Commercial Union agreed to pay pounds 25,000 to cover fees plus the legal costs.
