A policeman lost a private prosecution at Oxford Crown Court against two teenagers for assault. Constable Tony Stallard, 54, of Eynsham, Oxfordshire, brought the case after the Crown Prosecution Service dropped charges against Kevin Crierie, 19, and Justin Hind, 19.
