A man who developed rare complications after a hospital operation persistently telephoned his neurosurgeon 'to remind him' about his disability, Birmingham magistrates were told. Alfredo Gentilella, 39, of Edgbaston, was found guilty of improper use of the telephone and fined pounds 250.
