A man on the run from drug barons has won the right to challenge a government decision to send him back to Colombia where, his lawyers say, he faces almost certain death. Harold Quijano, 21, was ordered to be deported in April, despite evidence he had been tortured and had 'a well-founded fear of further persecution'.
