Artist Sally Matthews solved the problem of what to use to model her latest life-size sculptures of cows by using their dung. The farmer's daughter used eight buckets of the farmyard muck to create the cattle for her exhibition, 'With Animals', at the Tullie House Museum in Carlisle, Cumbria.
