Police chief guilty

The Chief Constable of Leicestershire is facing a driving ban after being caught speeding on the M1 by his own force. Keith Povery, 51, who admitted the offence by letter, was clocked doing 80mph in a 50mph zone. He will appear before Loughborough magistrates.
