Police officers accused of suppressing the evidence of two murder witnesses have been cleared by the Police Complaints Authority. It said no disciplinary action should be taken against the Gloucestershire officers over the investigation and trial of Anthony Poole and Gary Mills, jailed for life in 1990 for the murder of a London drugs dealer.
