Two British Transport policemen were cleared at Southwark Crown Court in London of beating up an Army cook after arresting him for being drunk and disorderly.
Constable Robert Huntley, 25, and Sergeant Richard Thompson, 34, both based at Ebury Bridge station in Victoria, west London, were found not guilty of assault causing actual bodily harm to Sergeant Neil Denton, 29.
