Constable Bob Reeve, 45, a community policeman in Tenterden, Kent, has been ordered to undergo special training to 'hone his crime-fighting skills' after senior officers decided that his record of one arrest during 1993 was not good enough. The town mayor said PC Reeve was a 'decent well-liked copper' who did a good job.
