Brooke ensures flying start for Sparks

Peter Brooke, National Heritage Secretary, riding a five-seater in London yesterday with Angela Dudley, from Sparks (Sports Aiding Medical Research for Children), after announcing a pounds 58,000 grant for Hovis National Bike week. Funds from country-wide events will go to the charity.
