David Cameron has had a car crash - and not in the metaphorical sense .
As his ministerial car set off for the short ride from Downing Street to the Houses of Parliament ahead of Prime Minister's Questions and the Autumn Statement, it "momentarily touched" another vehicle, a Downing Street aide said.
Fortunately for Mr Cameron, he was not in the car at the time of the 'crash' and no damage was done to the vehicle.
