More than 150 people queued in the rain to buy the first copies of Madonna's book, Sex, which went on sale at Books Etc in London at midnight after the Director of Public Prosecutions decided not to prosecute on grounds of obscenity. The pounds 25 book is being launched simultaneously in Japan, Britain and Europe.
