AIR BASE REVIEW: The future of RAF Northolt in west London is being reviewed as part of the 'front line first' initiative, Jeremy Hanley, Minister for the Armed Forces, said last night. The base is used primarily by the Royal Family, government ministers and military chiefs at an annual cost of pounds 11.9m.
