GRADUATES: Those in jobs at the end of the year they graduated fell between 1991 and 1993 from 50.1-40.8 per cent for Wales, 56.9-45.3 for Scotland, 52.8-45.8 for N Ireland and 57-49.4 for England, Ann Widdecombe, employment minister, said.
