EQUAL PAY: Of 612 industrial tribunal applications in 1990-91, 10 were successful, Ann Widdecombe, Under-secretary at the Department of Employment, said. Of 1,195 applications brought in 1989-90, 33 were successful. In 1988-89, 14 out of 583 succeeded and in 1987-88, 7 out of 1,823.
