IRAN EXPORT CONTROLS: The Government is tightening controls on exports of arms and 'dual use' technology to Iran, Douglas Hurd, the Foreign Secretary, disclosed. No export licences would be granted for any items on international lists of proscribed military or atomic energy equipment, he said.
