HUMAN RIGHTS: The United Kingdom has been found to have violated the European Convention of Human Rights 20 times in the last 12 years, the Prime Minister said. The European Court of Human Rights ruled that there had been no violation in 11 cases.

M3 PROTEST: Brays Detective Agency (Southampton) Ltd has been paid pounds 7,000 to serve papers on trespassers at Twyford Down and to photograph them, Kenneth Carlisle, Under-Secretary of State at the Department of Transport, said.
