FRAUD FEES: More than £2.6m was paid in fees to prosecuting counsel in cases brought by the Serious Fraud Office in the 10 months to 31 January, the Attorney General, Sir Nicholas Lyell, disclosed. Thirteen defendants were successfully prosecuted.
