NATIONAL INSURANCE: A revised Contributor's Charter, which covers everyone paying National Insurance Contributions, was announced by the Government last night. Junior social security minister James Arbuthnot disclosed that the changes included provision for people with complaints to put their case to an independent adjudicator.
