Video: Boris Johnson fails IQ test

London Mayor Boris insists a speech, where he appeared to suggested that low IQ was the reason that poor people did not succeed in life, was "wilfully miscontrued." Mr Johnson also failed an IQ test on his regular LBC 97.3 phone-in show.
