Pounds 325,000 damages

Mary Anne Moore, 17, from Chatham, Kent, who suffered severe brain injuries at birth when she was deprived of oxygen because doctors did not realise her mother was expecting twins, was awarded pounds 325,000 agreed damages against Medway Health Authority in the High Court.
